• ESAT 220: The Tactical Athlete (3). Students will become acquainted with the customs and terminology associated with military and paramilitary cultures, including those of warfighters, law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders. Additionally, students will develop a foundational understanding of the distinct physical demands and challenges faced by tactical athletes (Available Spring 2025).Â
• ESAT 320 Strength & Conditioning Program Design (2). Students will learn to design and implement comprehensive fitness programs aimed at optimizing human performance (pre-requisite or co-requisite: ESAT 339).Â
• ESAT 420 Strength & Conditioning Exam Prep (3). This course will focus on the review of essential knowledge and skills to advance students' readiness for certification (prerequisite or co-requisite: ESAT 311, ESAT 339)Â
